With the 4th of July just around the corner & thinking about my menu I have posted some of our favorite recipes. I have tried my share of steak marinades over the years. This one is the best tried and true marinade that we always use now.
1/2 cup soy sauce ( For those who need gluten free use coconut amino acids)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice. If in a pinch I use bottled lemon juice.
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce.
1 1/2 TBS garlic powder.
3 TBS dried basil
1 1/2 TBS Dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. white pepper. If needed substitute black pepper
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend well. Pour over steaks and marinate. We try to marinate the steaks for at least 24 hrs.
Grill steaks and enjoy.
